Q: What cities do you provide IPs for?
A: Since we are not a proxy service, but a DSL service, all our IPs originate from one location.
Q: Will I be able to post on Craigslist nationwide in every category?
A: Yes, you will have no problems posting anywhere in the USA.
Q: Will I need PVAs to post on Craigslist with your service?
A: Yes, due to Craigslist’s random PVA blocks and geo-blocking it is highly recommended that you use personal verified craigslist accounts (PVA).
Q: Why is RDSL better than Proxies?
A: 250 proxies cost anywhere from $350-$400+ per month plus the cost of PVA’s. For the same $400 you can get RDSL with virtually unlimited non-soft blocked IP’s divided into various C blocks!
Q: How many ads can I post daily with your service?
A: In theory as many as you can post in 24 hours. Of course you should only post as many as you are allowed by the TERMS OF SERVICE of each Classified Website. We do not condone SPAM.
Q: How will I be able to access to my server?
A: The server comes with Teamviewer installed. You are free to install any other remote control software. Additional options available are: logmein & Gotomypc. You should always have 2 installed in case one fails.
Q: How do I pay you?
A: We currently only accept PayPal. You will be billed weekly via a PayPal subscription. The subscription can be canceled at any time.
Q: Do you have contract requirement?
A: No, you can cancel at any time.
Q: Do you offer a trial?
A: Yes, we offer what we call a free “test drive”. This lets you check the quality of service before paying a setup fee. The trials normally last for approx 30min. If you need more time please let us know. Click here to schedule a test drive.
Q: Do you offer a discount if I get more than 1 server?
A: Yes, we offer a $25/week discount for each additional server.
Q: How many ads can I get live per day?
A: This depends on many factors including but not limited to, ad copy, posting method, and the quality of the PVAs your using. If all these factors are optimal you should have a 70%-90% stick rate.
Q: Are your setup fees refundable?
A: The setup fees are not refundable due to the fact that we pay our techs to setup the DSL/server and the fact that we offer free trials of our service.
